Policies

  • There is a one time yearly registration fee for all students at JPAC of $25.00. Each additional immediate family member may register at a discounted rate of $10.00 per person.
  • All tuition payment is due the 20th of the preceding month. (Example: January tuition is due by December 20th) Tuition may be paid monthly, by session or by year.
  • There is a $25.00 late fee for all late tuition or costume payments.
  • Proper attire is required for all classes. Please see attire descriptions for further details.
  • There are to be no street shoes allowed on the sprung dance floors at any time.
  • If you miss a class due to being out of town or being ill you are entitled to a make-up class. This class must be scheduled on your own time and set up prior to you coming into the class. Please see the front desk for further details.
  • All inclement weather days or scheduled holidays will have make-up days set aside specifically for those classes.
  • Only bottled water is permitted inside the dance studios.
  • Please use parent observation week and open doors to see your child's progress. Do not under any circumstance enter the studio unless you are told to do so by an instructor.
  • The lobby does not serve as a baby-sitting service. Please do not leave smaller children unattended. There is a children's corner where they can play and must clean up after themselves.
  • There are numerous performance opportunities throughout the year. This includes Christmas shows, parades, Spring Productions, community appearances, etc. Some performances are open casting (anyone is invited to participate), some are asked and some are by audition only. If you are interested in further details please the front desk for details.
  • There is an information board located in the lobby of JPAC; please read it for updates. There is also a dancer board located inside Studio 2. Please check this board for suggested workshops/intensives/auditions.
  • Street and lot parking are available free of charge after 6:00pm and on Sundays.
  • Placement classes and evaluations are given multiple times throughout the year to ensure that each student is receiving the proper level of training. These placement levels are up to the instructor and the artistic director.
  • We encourage parent and faculty meetings to make sure we are meeting all your child's needs. Please see the front desk to schedule a time.
  • The best way to reach any of the faculty is to call and leave a message. We will return your calls as soon as possible as your needs are extremely important to us!
