With many talents Mrs. Lowe is not only working in the administration department at JPAC she is also the costume extraordinaire for all our in house mini movers' stories. To date she has made over 500 costumes for the center outfitting the infamous mini mover classes. Believe it or not before her granddaughter opened the center in 2006 she had never sewed a stitch in her life!
